What if I don't receive an order/shipping confirmation in my email?
Please kindly check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find a confirmation email and the money has been charged to your card, please reach out to us immediately through hello@artedope.com or our contact page.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
Unfortunately you cannot change an order once it's been submitted. However, if you would like to cancel your order please contact us through hello@artedope.com or our contact page within 12 hours and we will assist you as best as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment that Shopify processes including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, ShopPay installments and more!
I received my order but I received the incorrect items, what should I do?
If you've received incorrect items please reach out to us via returns@artedope.com or through our contact page. We will send the correct items and send you a return label for the incorrect one's free of charge. Please include your order number and what items you received versus what you ordered.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to some international locations including Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Where are your socks made?
Our socks are made in a small, family owned factory with fully modern equipment in Turkiye. They have multiple certificates for fair labor practices and have been personally vetted by our team.

We at Arte Do Pé have only one mission. To support the arts by making amazing socks! We support our growing list of artist partners by providing them with passive income and increased exposure. We also donate a portion of our founder's collection profits to charities to support the arts and arts education in the US. We believe that there is always a place for more art and beauty in the world. We're doing our part helping talented artists create beautiful socks.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our socks. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving them. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. To process a return please contact us through returns@artedope.com or hello@artedope.com and attach a photo of the socks so that we can confirm their unused condition. You can also use our contact page from the bottom bar to contact us.
What materials are your socks made from?
We aim to use environmentally friendly materials whenever possible. Therefore, our socks are made primarily of organic Bamboo Rayon. Bamboo Rayon is a wonderful material not just because it's sustainable but also because it is naturally moister-wicking and odor resistant in addition to being incredibly soft! The specific composition used for each pair are clearly listed in the product description and on the sock's hang-tag.
What are the washing and care instructions for your socks?
Please wash inside out. To best maintain their quality and extend their maximum life, we recommend washing them in cold water with similar colors. Air-drying the socks will also help prevent pilling. Socks will stretch out to their original size after drying.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Shipping times and costs vary based on the location and the chosen delivery method. On average, standard shipping within the U.S. takes between 3-5 business days, while international shipping takes 10-15 business days. The cost will be calculated at checkout. We also offer express shipping within the continental US at an additional cost.
How do I select the correct size of socks for my order?
Next to the size selector of each pair of socks, we provide a detailed sizing guide that correlates shoe sizes with sock sizes. We recommend you review this guide to ensure you select the best size. Remember, the right fit ensures comfort and longevity of the socks.
